temples and Mediterranean landscapes, Sicily is the largest and most
fascinating among the islands of southern Italy. Our tour begins and
ends in Palermo, the largest town on the island. During our week-long
motorcycle tour we will discover the many different aspects of this
wonderland including the natural Mediterranean countryside, the warm and
welcoming people, the astonishingly preserved Roman and Greek temples,
and the healthy flavors of Sicilian cuisine. Enjoy motorcycling in the
mild temperatures of Sicily during the off season while in many place
motorcycles are stored away for the winter.

Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrive in Palermo We provide a
free transfer from the airport to your hotel where you can recoup from
Jet lag and relax. In the afternoon we will meet for a briefing, bike
collection, paperwork, maps, etc. Have dinner on your own and enjoy the
bed and breakfast accommodation.
Day 2 – Palermo - Segesta - Erice - Marsala
After breakfast, we will depart for Segesta to visit the Doric Temple of
5 B.C. We will then ascend Mount Erice along an incredible twisty road

overlooking marvelous scenery, with a view of the Trapani, Saline,
Marsala and Egadi islands. Park your motorbike at the summit and walk
through the small streets to the ancient castle. We suggest that you
have lunch in one of the local restaurants where you will taste
delicious fish specialties and the famous Trapani couscous. This area is
very famous all over the world for its Marsala liquor wine vineyards and
canteens. We suggest that you explore the Trapani salt marshes and the
Mothya islands just off the coast of Marsala, both very interesting for
their history. We will have dinner and overnight at the hotel.

center of the town. In the afternoon, we will arrive in the coastal town
