1) You can send an availability request or e-mail, you can call us asking for the availability of the requested model and period	1) We reply in 1/2 days in the normal conditions giving availability of the requested model or of a different one	1) Puo' inviare una richiesta di disponibilita' o una e-mail, ci puo' chiamare telefonicamente per controllare la disponibilita' del mezzo richiesto	1) Risponde in 1/2 giorni in condizioni normali dando disponibilita' e quote
2) You confirm the booking sending a message, or an on line booking form or a fax with a valid credit card details	2) We reconfirm the rental with an e-mail or fax and we are ready to charge Euro 150 as deposit.	2) Puo' confermare il noleggio inviando un messaggio, oppure il form on line o via fax con i dettagli di una carta di credito valida	2) Riconferma il noleggio ed e' pronta ad addebitare in carta di credito Euro 150 come deposito.
3) You have 15 days to recede the contract and nothing will be charged, in case you do not reply, for us the contract is confirmed and we charge Euro 150 that will be non refundable.		3) Ha 15 giorni di tempo per recedere dalla prenotazione, dopo tale periodo, se nessuna comunicazione e' giunta ai nostri uffici addebitiamo Euro 150 come deposito che non sara' piu' rimborsabile
4) BE AWARE that the balance will be charged 30 days ( 15 days in low season) before the beginning of the rental using the No mileage quote, at the return of the bike and after having calculated the mileage, the difference will be charged.		4) ATTENZIONE: Il totale verra' addebitato 30 giorni ( 15 giorni in bassa stagione) dalla data di inizio del noleggio utilizzando la tabella a 0 km, al rientro, in base ai km percorsi, verra' addebitata la differenza.
5) The day of the beginning of the rental you may arrive before the beginning of the rental in order to save time and be ready as soon as possible for your trip.	5) We will prepare the contract in time for your arrival. We will do all the calculation for your rental and will charge the full amount using the No milege rate. We will ask you to sign a credit card slip with your credit card details for the required deposit. This amount WILL ONLY BE CHARGED on your account in case you will have damaged the bike and NOT BEFORE. At the end of the rental we will do the final calculation of the mileage and charge the difference beetwen the No mileage rate and the Unlimited mileage rate using the best rate for the customer	5) Il giorno del noleggio puo' arrivare prima dell'ora prevista per sveltire le procedure e partire prima per il viaggio.	5) Prepara il contratto con anticipo, in ogni caso in tempo per l'arrivo del cliente, calcola la fifra totale usando la quota 0 km. Richiedera' al cliante di firmare il deposito sotto forma di tagliando di carta di credito. Questa cIfra NON VERRA' INCASSATA se non in caso di danneggiamento della moto da parte del cliente, NON PRIMA. Alla fine del noleggio verra' calcolato il saldo definitivo verificando i km percorsi e utilizzando la tariffa piu' conveniente per il cliente tra quella a 0 km e quella a km illimitato.
