Rental Conditions - FAQ

The minimum rental period is 24 hours in classes 0-1-2-3.

The minimum rental period in all other classes is the Week End

The mileage charge is calculated at the return of the motorcycle: the "unlimited mileage" rate will then apply if more convenient for the customer.

For the motorcycles the unlimited mileage will not apply for rentals up to 4 days

- Business hours: from 9 AM to 6 PM - closed on sunday, ( and saturday in low season) every pick-up/drop off out of the business hours will be charged at Euro 50 

- Low season: reduction of 25% from the 1st of january to the 31st of march and from the 1st of october to the 31st december

- Week end quote: (from 4 PM of friday to 10 AM of the following monday)

- The quotes include: side bags, soft or hard depending from the model, tank bag if requested, mechanical lock, insurance, taxes, tool kit, ( the customer will be responsible for the damages caused to the bike up the maximum amount of the deposit )

- The deposit will be asked by the meaning of a credit card slip, WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IN CASE OF DAMAGES TO THE BIKE AT THE END OF THE RENTAL AND ONLY AFTER AN ACCURATE CHECK BY THE DEALER

- Euro 150 are requested at the confirmation of the rental period, the customer has 15 days to recede the reservation, after that date the deposit paid will not be refundable ( this rule is not valid in case the rental starts within the 15 days after the confirmation )

- The balance will be charged 30 days ( 15 days in low season) before the beginning of the rental using the No mileage quote, at the return of the bike and after having calculated the mileage, the difference will be charged.

- IMPORTANT - 

The mileage charge is calculated at the return of the motorcycle: the "UNLIMITED MILEAGE" rate will then apply if more convenient for the customer 

- The "NO MILEAGE QUOTE" will be charged at Euro 0,35 per km

- The day of rental is considered of 24 hours

- In case of anticipated drop-off nothing will be refunded.

- A valid driving licence for the rented bike will be requested at the pick-up 

- Minimum rental age is 25 years

- The vehicle will be delivered with the fuel tank " out of reserve" and has to be dropped off at the end of the rental in the same conditions, in case of drop off of the vehicle in reserve a fee of Euro 10 will be charged

Condizioni di noleggio

Il minimo di noleggio e' 24 ore nelle classi  0-1-2-3.

Il minimo di noleggio nell altre clessi e' il Week End

Al termine del noleggio, calcolati i km percorsi e il relativo costo e' applicata la tariffa a "chilometraggio illimitato" se piu' conveniente per il cliente.

Per le moto il chilometraggio illimitato non si applica per noleggi fino a 4 giorni

- Orari di ufficio: dalle 9 alle 18 ogni giorno esclusa la domenica, ( e sabato in bassa stagione) ogni consegna/ritiro al di fuori di tali orari verra' addebitato a Euro 50 per consegna/ritiro per veicolo

- Bassa stagione: riduzione del 25% dal 1 gennaio al 31 marzo e dal 1 ottobre al 31 dicembre

- Tariffa week end (dalle ore 16 del venerdi' alle ore 10 del lunedi' successivo)

- La quota comprende: le borse laterali e la borsa del serbatoio a seconda del modello, lucchetto, assicurazione, IVA ( l'importo fino al deposito non e' coperto da assicurazione)

- Il deposito verra' trattenuto tramite l'utilizzo di una carta di credito ma NON VERRA' FISICAMENTE INCASSATO DAL NOLEGGIATORE MA VERA' SOLAMENTE RICHIESTA UN' AUTORIZZAZIONE ALL'INCASSO

- Euro 150 sono richiesti al momento delle conferma, il cliente ha 15 giorni dalla conferma per annullare la prenotazione e ricevere il rimborso totale, dopo tale scadenza il deposito non verra' rimborsato.( la regola non ha valore se il noleggio inizia nei 15 gg successivi alla conferma)

- Il totale verra' addebitato 30 giorni ( 15 giorni in bassa stagione) dalla data di inizio del noleggio utilizzando la tabella a 0 km, al rientro, in base ai km percorsi, verra' addebitata la differenza.

- IMPORTANTE - 

Al termine del noleggio, calcolati i km percorsi e il relativo costo e' applicata la tariffa "CHILOMETRAGGIO ILLIMITATO" se piu' conveniente per il cliente.

- Sulla  " TARIFFA A 0 KM" verra' effettuato un addebito di Euro 0,35 per km

- Il giorno di noleggio e' considerato di 24 ore

- In caso di cancellazione di giorni durante il noleggio o di rientro anticipato nulla verra' rimborsato.

- Una patente valida per il mezzo noleggiato e' richiesta al momento del ritiro della moto

- L'eta' minima di noleggio e' 25 anni

- Il mezzo verra' consegnato con il serbatoio di carburante " fuori riserva" e dovra' essere riconsegnato nelle stesse condizioni, nel caso il mezzo venga riconsegnato, al termine del noleggio, in riserva verra' addebitato un importo pari a Euro 10
